Oasis announces its latest product offering The NC104 and FV103 Integrated Bus Fill Valve.

Oasis, a leading supplier of specialist flow control equipment for Compressed Natural Gas, has once again demonstrated its ability to be at the forefront of technology with the introduction of a new product that takes all the hassle out of owning a bus filling station. We’re talking about the NC104 Bus Fill Nozzle; the result of 3 years of intensive research and development by the team at Oasis.

The NC104 nozzle, combined with the FV103 valve has numerous innovative features. The attachment mechanism is self aligning, which prevents inexperienced operators from jamming the jaws onto the receptacle. Additionally the angled valve grip is ergonomically designed  to sit naturally in the operator’s hand,  ensuring comfortable coupling and uncoupling as well as extending the working range that the operator can easily manoeuvre within.

Of course, safety is of paramount importance here at Oasis and as such our design engineers have ensured that accidental venting of the fill valve assembly will not occur.

In Line with Oasis’s philosophy of designing and building products which add real value to their customers business activities a number of key cost saving initiatives have been included within the design specification of the NC104 / FV 103 valve and coupler. This truly integrated solution has a full bore flow path ensuring that there is no constriction to cause icing problems as well as maximising the number of potential vehicle fills over any given time period. Furthermore, and perhaps the greatest feature of all, is the valve and couplers durability and serviceability.  Extensive in-house testing has shown that this new product meets the standards of reliability that Oasis is world renowned for. When servicing is required, this is easily performed onsite, cost effectively and with a minimum of downtime.
