Currently under field test in Thailand, the new “Plug & Play”-style OASIS DISPENSER MANIFOLD has generated a lot of interest from dispenser manufacturers worldwide. Independent testing is showing flow rates in excess of 100 Kgs of gas per minute with a pressure drop of less than 15 PSI across the whole system. With flow rates like that CNG station owner’s profits increase. More buses and trucks are now using CNG. Ergonomically designed to be quickly and easily serviced within 5 minutes, the dispenser manifold incorporates the same valve technology as the proven Oasis two way valve. Spare part kits are readily available and simple to install, giving LOWEST LIFE COST  performance. Adopting preventative maintenance at 125,000 cycles will ensure that the dispenser will have minimal down time. This will maximise the revenue generated by the station because more gas is sold, more consistently.

The dispenser manifold is customised for double and triple bank operation including integrated check valves. The ball valves have an actuator bracket design in a standard ISO pattern. Oasis can supply the manifold either as a completed actuated solution or as a ready-to-assemble package.
